Who we are

What we collect

• Public business information for previews: business name, category, town, phone number, rating and review count, and the website listed, from public listings such as Google Maps. Reviews shown on a site are fetched from Google when the page is viewed and are not stored by us.
• What you send us when you claim a site or are a client: your name, mobile number, email, the plan you choose, the web address you want, and anything you write or send (photos, wording, hours).
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We keep only a reference to your Stripe customer record.
• Visits to our pages and the sites we host: which page was viewed and which buttons were tapped (for example "call" or "claim"), the referring page, and a device type. We use no cookies and no third-party analytics. To count repeat visits we keep a one-way scrambled version of the visitor's IP address that changes daily; we never store the IP address itself.
• Messages that customers send through our clients' sites (estimate requests, photos), which we pass to the business they were meant for.

How we use it

To build and run your site, to contact you about your preview, claim or account, to bill you, to pass leads to the right business, and to improve our service. We don't sell personal information.

Text messaging

We text the mobile number you give us about your site and account. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts and calls), our email provider, Google (maps data and reviews), and Lob (postcard printing and mailing). And the business itself, when a customer contacts it through its site. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

A preview is removed on the date shown on it (never more than 90 days after it was built) unless the business claims the site; its visit records are deleted within 90 days after that. Client information is kept while you're a client and for up to two years after, or longer where tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove a preview, at hello@lookatyournewsite.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
